Job Responsibilities:
1. We are seeking an experienced internal auditor to join IAD and perform audits independently across all functions, with a focus on Support and Enterprise-wide functions (e.g. Operations, Finance, Technology). Job responsibilities will include:
2. Perform risk assessment and support the development of the annual audit plan
3. Plan, execute and report on both risk-based and regulatory audits in accordance with Internal Audit methodology
4. Carry out closure verification work to ensure remediation actions have been adequately implemented
5. Engage with senior stakeholders as part of ongoing continuous monitoring to proactively identify emerging risks and assess their impact on the control environment
6. Prepare audit updates for senior stakeholders, board and risk committees
7. Develop a strong understanding of business processes and be able to communicate issues to management and other IAD colleagues
8. Keep informed of industry and regulatory developments and apply the information when planning for and executing audits
Requirements:
1. Education – Bachelor’s degree (accounting/finance/IT related) required and post-graduate professional qualification preferred (CPA, CIA, CISA, CISSP, CISM, etc.).
2. Experience – Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in audit or 1st and 2nd line of defense control functions (e.g. risk management, compliance, operational risk, technology risk management) within an Investment Management firm or financial institution. Knowledge of front-to-back investment management business processes and controls and experience in Technology and Support functions audit coverage will be an added advantage.
3. Language – Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
4. Requirements:
1. 10+ years working experience on system architecture, application development in financial industry
2. Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science related
3. Must be strong in Technical Design and development Solution architecture, be able to provide in-depth technical leadership for development team
4. Proven experience as software development team leader with hands-on experience to drive system/application from design to implementation/delivery.
5. Skilled in Application Architecture, Cloud Architecture, CICD and DevOps.
6. Strong Knowledge of J2EE technologies and OO design patterns, ability to resolve complex technical issues.
7. Good written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin
8. Strong team player/leader with good collaboration/teamwork spirit.

Job responsibilities:
1.Perform windows application administration and maintenance tasks such as AD, ADFS, DNS, DHCP, exchange, CA system, Storage etc.
2.Manage, monitor and optimize all infrastructure and system installations including HyperV, VMware virtualization to ensure high availability and appropriate resource management
3.Monitor infrastructure health and respond to hardware issues
4.Patch management for related servers and work stations, participate and lead IT projects spanning IT infra, Cyber security and
5.IT asset management including planning, monitoring and recording software license and hardware assets to ensure compliance with company policy
6.Create reports and documents as and when needed to ensure smooth running of operation
Requirements:

1.对重点ESG议题和新兴ESG投资趋势,如公司治理、气候变化等进行深入研究,形成专题报告,提示投资机会;
2.对ESG相关数据进行分析,开发量化模型因子;根据要求对量化投资策略进行开发、回测、评估以及优化;
3.建立和维护ESG股票库,对个股做ESG评级,并向基金经理提供投资建议;
4.参与ESG领域课题研究,完成绿色金融UNPRI年报撰写等工作;
5.协助团队完成相关专业会议、培训和活动的策划、组织、宣传等工作。
