    Key responsibilities:
    Responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and implementing strategic plans working in harmony with the MSIM Chinas General Manager and MSIMs Asia Office of COO
    Oversee day-to-day operations, and collaborate with business leaders across investment, research, sales, marketing, trading, operations, information technology, finance, legal, compliance and human resources within MSIM China and throughout the wider MSIM and MS organizations
    Collaborate with executive team members to prioritize and implement product development, distribution and other key business and integration initiatives, lead ongoing integration activities of the Company with the broader Morgan Stanley franchise and introduce more efficiency in business operations
    Represent the MSIM China business within the wider Morgan Stanley organization, on various committees and global projects and initiatives, working collaboratively with regional and global colleagues

    Qualifications & Skills required:
    Industry experience of at least 10 years in investment management, ideally in a business management, operational management, compliance or a related business support role
    In depth knowledge of investment management processes and asset management product structures; ideally with experience both onshore China and offshore international markets (e.g., US/Europe/Asia)
    Advanced degree with a major in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or similar
    Organization and planning skills, strong attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
    Ability to establish strong internal relationships within China domestic and affiliated global teams and enhance cross-border business collaboration
    Ability to assess issues, solve problems and use judgement in a fact-based way with sometimes incomplete information, utilizing key metrics that drive the business
    Effective written and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin

    Job Responsibilities
    1. Execute various investment orders;
    2. Timely, accurately and efficiently execute investment orders and feedback market information and trade result;
    3. Actively expand counterparties, maintain good counterparty relationship;
    4. Log relevant transaction information and file related transaction documents;
    5. Participate in new business development, system testing, and other tasks assigned by managers.

    Job Requirements
    1. Master degree or above, major in economics, finance, mathematics, statistics or related;
    2. good communication and analytical skills;
    3. Diligent, rigorous and meticulous, with a strong sense of compliance, logical thinking ability and self-learning ability;
    4. Trader-related working experience is preferred;
    5. Obtain the certification of CFETS trader, certification of SAC, certification of AMAC is preferred;
    6. Effective written and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin.
